
When can therapy help?
-In the case of long-term dissatisfaction with life.
-when experiencing feelings of fear, confusion, guilt, and low self-esteem.
-when having a sense of helplessness, loneliness, a dragging fatigue, or another uncomfortable emotional or bodily sensation.
-when faced by a major life decision or when affected by a significant change of circumstances.
-at times of crippling anxiety, depression, low mood, panic, or when experiencing sudden changes in day-to-day mood and or functioning.
-experience of the “vicious cycles”, such as at with people at home or at work.
- in the case of a life crisis or an emergency.
-in times of chronic ill health, including chronic pain, where the first line of treatment is not delivering the expected results.
-when paralysed by a social anxiety, not being able to face larger gatherings, or when you experience the chronic feelings that the “grass is always greener”.
- when you are not capable to accept major loss or a change in your life.
